All About Weber Point Yacht Club

Weber Point Yacht Club on North Spud Island

The Weber Point Yacht Club is a small self-contained club that is only accessible by water. The club has long standing tradition, having been established in 1961. Maintenance and improvements at the club are mostly accomplished by member volunteers.  Please observe the Deep Water Access Information when visiting.

WPYC has seven or eight special events per year in which members participate. Typically two or three couples will volunteer to prepare meals and activities for each event.  Looking at our photos, one can see members have just as much fun volunteering as they do participating in the event.

Members are also free to use the facilities at will. Occasionally, WPYC has cruises to other facilities and usually has a week-long cruise to the San Francisco Bay Area. The brief board meetings are well attended by many members outside of the board that speaks for the comraderie of the club.

With the efforts of our members since our humble beginning in 1961, today we own our floating facility with 350 feet of dock with room for our 36 member  yachts.  For over five decades volunteer membership of the Weber Point Yacht Club have built and maintained our facilities that we proudly share with any yacht club that wishes to visit. Every year clubs from around the Delta take the beautiful and relaxing cruise on Hog Island Cut and share their time with us.
